Jabara Saketini
Jabara sake, Shiso and Kaffir are a match made in heaven. This cocktail has so much depth in flavor that you don’t need any garnish at all. The cocktail created by Vera da Silva.

INGREDIENTS
2 1/2 oz Shiso and Kaffir Gin, 1/2 oz Jabara sake, Ice cubes. No garnish is needed, but we used kaffir lime peel in this picture.
METHOD
Combine the gin and Jabara sake in a mixing glass filled with ice Stir well for 30 seconds. Strain into a chilled cocktail Martini glass.
